And while the caring part of me was determined to become a nurse, the curious and creative parts led me down the path to first becoming an interior designer, then an entrepreneur and more recently, a freelance writer and content creator.

Now as I enjoy my 70s, I wish I could still play with my childhood marbles but these creaky knees … well, they aren’t cooperating. Instead, I’m gratefully collecting pearls of wisdom here and there as I explore new ideas and learn life’s lessons along the way. I hope to share them with you too. Some will be lessons about caring, a few will be about the curious, and many will be about doing creative things - basically the three Cs of my life.

So going forward, be on the lookout for an eclectic mix of topics including design, decor, DIY projects, recipes, self-care, caregiving, plus some fun parenting and grandparenting activities to do with the kiddos. And don’t ever forget a little something I am truly embracing as I continue on life’s journey.
