And while the caring part of me was determined to become a nurse, the curious and creative parts led me down the path to first becoming an interior designer, then an entrepreneur and more recently, a writer and content creator for From Marbles to Pearls.
Now as I enjoy my early 70s, I still want to play with those childhood marbles every chance I get, but every day going forward I also plan to share a pearl or two I’ve collected along the way, including some of the caring, a little of the curious and a lot of the creative. They are the ever-present three Cs in my life.
So going forward, be on the lookout for an eclectic mix of design, decor, DIY projects, recipes, selfcare, caregiving tips, plus plenty of fun parenting and grandparenting activities to do with the kiddos.
And always remember…
while you’re never too old to play with marbles,
you must grow old to collect life’s pearls.
