And while the caring part of me was determined to become a nurse, the curious and creative parts led me down the path to first becoming an interior designer, then an entrepreneur and more recently, a freelance writer and content creator.
Now as I enjoy my early 70s, I still want to play with those childhood marbles every chance I get, but every day going forward I also plan to share a pearl or two with you that I’ve collected along the way, including some of the caring, a little of the curious, and a lot of the creative. They are the (3) three Cs in my life.
So going forward, if you plan to stick around, be on the lookout for an eclectic mix of design, decor, DIY projects, recipes, self-care, caregiving tips, plus some fun parenting and grandparenting activities to do with the kiddos.
And don’t ever forget a little something I’ve learned and am embracing along the way …
… you may be too old to play with marbles, but you have to grow old to gather life’s pearls.
